Linden Homes has turned to
Peoplesafe for help.
Supplied by Rocksure
Systems, the service
includes the Peoplesafe
device, operator response,
tracking, training,
configuration, monitoring
and ongoing support.
Emily Nesbitt, sales
manager at Linden Homes,
comments "We now have 16
Peoplesafe devices and our
personnel feel much safer
when they are showing
prospective buyers around
our sites. One or two people
have triggered the 'red alert'
in error and were surprised
how quickly Rocksure's call
centre responded."
Users press an amber
button to notify employers
when they are entering a
potentially hazardous
situation. If they have cause
to press the 'red alert',
operators at Rocksure's
remote monitoring centre
retrieve information on their
locality, listen-in, and coordinate
