Multitone has two systems to provide a safe solution: Multitone’s StaffGuard system provides a compact alarm unit that staff can use to rapidly summon assistance.

StaffGuard is a reliable onsite personal alarm system that can cover areas from a single room up to multiple co-located buildings.

Alarms are reported on a centrally located Control Panel, with optional rapid forwarding to pagers.

StaffCall is a userfriendly lone worker monitoring system that monitors workers by making voice calls via the telephone network.

Workers have control over the starting, stopping and frequency of the calls; using DTMF phone tones to respond to the StaffCall voice messages.

Should a worker not be contactable for a configurable period, StaffCall will raise an alarm with a response team, calling the response team until a member of the team accepts the alarm.
