Clean room cleaning
February 1st 2006

Nilfisk-Advance is declaring zero tolerance on clean room contaminants with its new IVT 1000CR range of vacuum cleaners.

Offering filtration to ISO Class 4, the three model range is designed to suit even the most stringent of clean room demands across a wide range of industries.

Machines are made in easy-to-clean AISI 316 stainless steel. Of modular construction, they allow quick and easy dismantling for inspection and cleaning.

They are also designed to be completely leakproof and have locking clamps to ensure air-tight sealing.

The compact vacuums are fully autoclavable, except for the 1200W motor unit and HEPA/ULPA filters. Accessories such as hoses and nozzles can be sterilised at 120°C.

The IVT 1000CR Safe Pack version has a HEPA filtered dust container that is thrown away after use. This sealed unit disposal system eliminates human contact with potentially hazardous particles.
