Generating power to meet meat demands August 1st 2008 Merlin Power Management
has enabled a producer of
meat products, to continue
production after a major fire
destroyed part of the factory
at the company's site in
Andover.
Randall Parker Foods was
determined that customers
would not be affected by the
disaster, and within a matter
of hours Merlin had supplied
standby power that enabled
the company to be back in
full production within two
working days.
Merlin supplied three
generators, ranging from 50
to 500kVA, as well as remote
bulk fuel tanks, distribution
boards, changeover panels
and cabling sets.
The generators are
running as prime power
units and providing power to
the entire manufacturing
process.
Merlin also undertakes
regular servicing, fuel
delivering and fuel
management as part of the
