Modern writing slopes
June 1st 2005

Since the 18th century, writing slopes or ‘lap desks’ have been used to overcome the problem of writing on a flat surface.

Without a slope, back, neck or eyestrain often occurs.

ReadWrite addresses these potential problems by providing an A3 surface that will sit on the desk or table and allow the user to write, read and work at an angle that suits them best.

Portable, and with multiple angle settings, ReadWrite provides an ergonomic answer to musculoskeletal risks.

Guy Osmond, originator of the product and member of the Ergosum dealer group, comments “This really is the 21st century version of the writing slope.

It’s very stylish, provides the perfect viewing angle and is fully portable.”
