Debut for dosemeter February 1st 2008 On show for the first time in
the UK will be the Quest
Edge personal noise
dosemeter. With no cables,
the tiny, lightweight Dose
Badge is almost
unnoticeable by the wearer.
Easy to use, it features
powerful datalogging and a
large display.
Also on show will be
Gilian air sampling pumps,
including the new 5000
version. All the pumps are
said to have excellent flow
control, but the 5000
provides control under
extremes of filter-loading.
Simple and compact single
and multi-gas personal
confined space monitors are
available for oxygen,
combustible gases, carbon
dioxide and a range of other
toxic gases.
PIDs are used to measure
VOCs either for site survey,
perimeter emissions
monitoring, or personal
protection. Landfill gas
analysers will also be on
show. Shawcity has further
information.
