User-friendly sound meters
April 1st 2007

Pulsar Instruments has introduced the Model 83 and Model 84 automatic integrating averaging sound level meters with 1:1 octave band filters.

The new instruments can be purchased as part of a noise measurement kit, to ensure that the user has all the instrumentation and accessories necessary to carry out a full noise risk assessment survey.

Instruments or kits are available as Class 1 or Class 2 and are compliant with the latest sound level meter standards.

User-friendly, they are supplied with the latest version of Pulsar's Analyser reporting software. After downloading measurements, a report is just a few button clicks away.

A full database of hearing protection is included in the software and suitable PPE is automatically filtered from the database, so the user can quickly select an appropriate solution for his/ her working environment.
