Posture guidance is now available free on a dedicated website.

Described as possibly the clearest posture guide available to DSE users, the site is fully animated and provides simple, stage-by-stage explanations of how to configure your chair, workstation layout and laptop or desktop computer for optimum comfort and performance.

Devised in consultation with ergonomists, physiotherapists and DSE assessors, its purpose is to provide a clear, concise and free-to-all guide for computer users in the office or at home.

The website can also be configured as a favourite or home page so that it is available for reference at any time.

Guy Osmond, who devised the site, comments For some time weve been aware of the need for concise, simple posture guidance on the net. Although variants of this information exist, they are usually buried inside corporate websites.
