September 1st 2009 Tools and health and safety wear
specialist, Buck & Hickman, has
received BS OHSAS 18001:2007
accreditation for occupational health
and safety and the new Quality
Standard IS0 9001:2008 from the
British Standards Institute (BSI).
The BS OHSAS accreditation
promotes a safe and healthy working
environment and provides guidelines
for businesses to follow in order to
identify and resolve any issues before
they arise. By using this system Buck
& Hickman has met all standards
needed in its stockholding,
warehousing and distribution
department, including successfully
reducing risk of accidents and
