RSI pain banished
December 1st 2004

After experiencing RSI problems in her hands in addition to tennis elbow, Myriam Boyden bought a fully ergonomic keyboard from PCD Maltron.

Myriam believes she types in the region of 1.5 million words per year, yet soon after buying the new keyboard her pains completely disappeared and she is able to type for up to 8h/day without problems.

However, when her ergonomic keyboard was being serviced she had to revert to a flat keyboard and within 2h the pain in her hands was back and, by the end of the day, she was in agony.

Myriam comments My advice to any heavy duty typist is to get a Maltron keyboard. It may cost more than the computer with which it is used, but if you lose your ability to type for a living, it will cost you even more.
