Stressed out staff? April 1st 2006 Managing Stress at Work is an e-learning course introduced by Cardinus to help managers and supervisors understand, avoid and deal with stress at work.
It is designed to deliver best practice and can be customised to a company's specific policies for dealing with stress.
The e-learning system is interactive throughout.
Users manage their own virtual teams, seeing in real time the results of their decisions on the pressure gauges of each team member. Once training is completed, there is a multiple-choice test to ensure that the key learning messages have been retained.
The course sits alongside the company's Online Stress Indicator, a tool comprising 36 items that investigate employees' working conditions related to stress.
