Safety posters
October 1st 2004

New proposals to improve fire safety for businesses by simplifying the law and placing a greater emphasis on prevention, place the responsibility for fire safety on the employer or ‘responsible person’ for the building or premises.

An employer will have to assess the risks of fire and take steps to reduce or remove them. Heath Technical Services believes its safety poster Fire, Prevention and Control can help.

It illustrates the dangers involved with electricity, hazardous materials, gas leaks, internal doors, portable heaters, waste, including cigarette butts, and tells what to do in the event of a fire.

The poster measures 300 by 420mm and is encapsulated in heavy-duty plastic.
