Safety driven December 1st 2004 Businesses could be heading for a potential disaster if fleet safety does not rise rapidly up the agenda of boards of directors in many organisations, according to a report sponsored by Kwik-Fit Fleet.
A survey of fleet operations carried out for the report suggests that 70% of businesses do not have a risk management strategy in place or planned. Other statistics reveal an alarming lack of knowledge, awareness and action in relation to improving occupational road safety.
