Safer mobile welding
December 12th 2006

Performing fabrication work on and off site whilst securing expensive welding equipment from loss or damage has been the challenge for many companies in the past.

According to Clwyd Welding Services, the Weld Safe Mobile addresses these problems and many more. The unit houses the latest CEA welding and cutting technology in a safe, secure lockable steel housing. Heavy duty lockable castors provide excellent manoeuvrability and provide a stable work platform.

A high performance fume extraction system comes built in as standard, as do fold flat welding screens to protect adjacent workers. Auxiliary equipment can be powered from the specialised 'power cluster' a multi voltage power distribution system. An optional low voltage supply is available to suit a range of portable power tools.

Simple in concept, but packed with purpose-designed features, the Clwyd claims the Weld Safe Mobile sets a new standard for fabrication welding and cutting.
