June 8th 2006 Scotland has passed its own regulations to help combat the problems caused by leaks and spills of oils and lubricants. The Water Environment (Oil Storage) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 are being phased in from now until 2010. A full copy can be viewed on the Empteezy website.
