Health & Safety Induction

Employees are more likely to be injured during their first month in a new job than at any other period. To help prevent such injuries and to enable organisations to comply with their legal requirement to train new employees, Cardinus has launched this new e-learning course. Staff can access the training from any workstation with an Internet/Intranet connection as soon as they start work, rather than being vulnerable while waiting weeks or months for a suitable training slot.

Health & Safety Induction has eight standard training modules - including emergencies, workplace safety, use of DSE, employee health, personal safety - and a test to ensure understanding. All training data is stored in the accompanying PACE learning management system (LMS) which provides reports, certificates and scheduled email chasers.
