Matrix range combines quality and economy
December 9th 2009

With continued pressure on costs, PPE budgets are still under scrutiny, but compromising on protection is not an option for health and safety professionals. With the Matrix range from leading hand protection specialist Polyco, users can rest assured that hands are protected with a tried and tested range which has been produced to high standards, and at a cost-effective price point. The versatile range of Matrix products is suitable for many different tasks, including component handling, general assembly, light engineering, construction and janitorial.

Polyco has recently added a number of products to its already successful range. These are:

• Matrix Nitri-Chem, a green, 33cm long and 0.38mm thick nitrile gauntlet that offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.

• Matrix Vinyl, a range of 5 differently coloured disposable gloves, suitable for a wide range of applications, including food handling. The 5 different colours allow task colour coding.

• Matrix Nitrile Grip, a seamless nylon shell with a full nitrile coating, combining comfort with superior grip.

• Matrix Household, a flock lined 0.35mm latex glove with a rolled cuff for extra strength. The glove is available in blue and yellow.

• Matrix K, a Kevlar and Lycra glove liner with a bi-polymer palm coating which is both soft and durable. The glove offers superior wet and dry grip and is excellent for general handling.

All gloves produced by Polyco are certified in conformity with the Personal Protective Equipment directive, and in addition Polyco products are subject to one of the most rigorous Quality Assurance regimes in the glove industry.
