Free hand protection report updated February 11th 2009 10 years after it was first launched in the UK, the Grasp Hand and Arm Protection Report from Marigold Industrial has been updated, refreshed and re-launched in French, German and English to provide health and safety managers with a guide to managing Hand and Arm Protection (HAP) in the workplace.
When it was first launched in the UK, Grasp broke new ground by providing a wealth of advice and information on all of the major issues surrounding HAP.
According to Marigold Industrial's international marketing manager, Donald Gillespie, while the original Grasp report continued to be an effective resource for health and safety managers, it was decided to bring it right up to date with a new design and refreshed content.
“Without doubt, Grasp has been one of the major educational successes s over the past 10 years where hand and arm protection is concerned, providing business owners and health and safety managers with simple, straightforward advice and information on protecting the hands and arms of workers against the multitude of workplace hazards,” said Donald.
“The new Grasp report remains true to the original with the same aim of increasing awareness of the dangers that lie in wait for the hands in the workplace and offering expert advice on how to protect against those dangers in an easy to read, magazine style format.
“We are absolutely delighted with the final result and think the new Grasp report will play a renewed role in helping to reinforce understanding of the importance of hand protection in the workplace,” he added.
Covering a range of issues including highlighting hazards, how to choose the right glove for the job, and the issues to consider, the 16 page report is available upon request from Marigold on ukenquiries@marigold-industrial.com or by calling 0845 075 3355 (LoCall).
