Air freshener that makes employees love work

A washroom services provider has launched a range of new washroom fragrances that remarkably are said to increase worker motivation and productivity.

Working in partnership with the Fragrance Institute of Britain PHS Washroom services has created a range of fragrances with effects that were never before thought possible. Fresh ‘N’ Smart is an innovative air freshener that the company says can change the way your workforce feel, make them happier and motivating them. This will have a huge impact on many working environments including offices, factories, shops, call centres and reception areas.

This sophisticated Smart Fragrance range includes the fresh and inspiring Mango Motivator, scientifically proven to increase motivation by up to 70% across a variety of working environments. This will improve the way your workforce performs, help to achieve targets and increase productivity. The Strawberry Smile fragrance creates happier moods, and when used in conjunction with Mango Motivator you can change the way your workforce feels and goes about their daily duties, creating a happier and more efficient working environment.

Other Smart Fragrances in the range include Lemon Laughs, Peppermint Power, Perk-Up Pine and Floral Fun.

Professor I Maydupp from the Fragrance Institute of Britain who led the scientific research commented that, "After rigorous testing in our laboratory, we can conclude that the Smart Scent Technology contained within Fresh ‘N’ Smart air fresheners increases the release of endorphins, which in turn creates very positive feelings and emotions. During our testing, the Mango Motivator Smart Fragrance increased the motivation and productivity of participants by up to 70%“.

Mr J Oakes, general manager at transport recovery assistance partnership was involved in the trial and stated "When we piloted Fresh ‘N’ Smart in our call centre washrooms, we were extremely sceptical, but after just a week’s trial, we received a number of compliments from our customers about how much more helpful and happy our staff had been. We are looking forward to further positive results and can’t believe how easy it has been to make such a positive change in the workplace! We’re happy for our staff to use the washroom more often now!
