July 26th 2011 Safety Unlimited manufactures and supplies a range of high quality units for the storage of 205 litre drums and IBCs which start from £2,295. These units which are manufactured to comply with current environmental and health & safety legislation, are fully bunded, have high and low flame arrested ventilation, and they are available with sliding or roller shutter doors. All units have a fully galvanised roof and rain gutter to prevent corrosion and they are internally and externally finished in a chemical resistant polyurethane paint finish accordingly
The relocatable safety store, a building designed specifically for the storage of low flash point flammable liquids and other hazardous materials. The stores are manufactured externally from plastic coated steel panels for excellent corrosion resistance. The walls, roof and doors are insulated with Rockwool Firebatt and internally lined with galvanised sheet steel. Each store is equipped with high and low flame arrested ventilation. These units are one hour rated in compliance with BS476: part 22 1987 1987. Optional extras include shelving, EX rated lighting, heating, extraction and temperature control.
All bulk storage units are manufactured at Safety Unlimited’s factory in Southend, Essex and are available as standard models and can also be custom made according to specific requirements.
