EssentialSkillz expands library of E-Learning to 22 courses
June 29th 2011

Health and Safety E-Learning specialists, EssentialSkillz, has increased its range of fully editable titles to 22 with the addition of 2 new courses including 'Risk Assessment for Managers'.

The range is now one of the most comprehensive available on the market. Each course can be edited to include policies, procedures, company images and video.

Julian Roberts, managing director at EssentialSkillz commented, "With 22 subjects in our E-Learning library, we have most companies requirements covered. As our courses are editable by our clients, they can be made to be more relevant to the workforce which in turn ensures that the learners are engaged in the training and retain more of the information". The courses can be edited using EssentialSkillz Learning Management System, O-LAS. "We have also built in the functionality to allow clients to build and launch their own E-Learning courses", added Julian, "The integrated authoring tool gives complete flexibility to create courses from scratch if a client wishes - so if they have existing presentations they can simply transfer them into a more interactive environment and have complete tracking of all training."

Courses covered by EssentialSkillz include:

  • Display Screen Equipment (DSE)
  • Fire Safety
  • Manual Handling
  • Health and Safety Induction
  • Hazardous Substances (COSHH)

The comprehensive system also offers a DSE risk assessment package that works along side the E-Learning course. EssentialSkillz also offer a free trial of all courses through their web site.
