Looks like new
November 1st 2010 A-Safe barriers were installed at
Coca Cola's Malvern plant back in
2006, following a successful trial the
year before. In a busy environment
like this, wear and tear can be quite
a problem, but thanks to A-Safe's
polypropylene construction and
built-in memory, the barriers are
said to still look like new. In fact,
the installation proved so successful
that A-Safe barriers have now been
installed at a number of other sites
in the Coca Cola group.
David Lindesay, the company's
team services leader says: "The
initial cost of installing A-Safe
barriers has been more than offset
with the savings we have made by
replacing the metal barriers we
previously had in place, which were
easily damaged and required
