Less operator stress
October 1st 2004

Repeated use of pneumatic-powered hand tools can lead to stress injury to the operator and untimely wear on components. Legris aims to reduce such risks with the launch of a 360 swivelling plug connector to link the tool to the compressed air line.

With total rotation, the new component allows complete flexibility in movement. The operator is not restricted in the way that the power tool must be used, while the connectors 45 angle ensures that the airline is less prone to kinking. Its design also protects against dust and other impurities.

Available for ISO B6 and B8 profiles, the swivelling plug is produced in nickel-plated steel and is silicone-free. It can be used for air and inert gases and is particularly suited to the Legris twist-action C9000 quick-acting safety coupler.
