Safety silencers for large flows
April 1st 2007

Silvent now offers a series of safety silencers that are specially developed to handle large air flows. They can be also be used in constant flow applications or as a central silencer for many valves simultaneously.

The silencer's built-in warning indicator allows the user to avoid unnecessary production stoppages. They indicate immediately when backpressure becomes too high in the system due to contaminates clogging the filter.

Units feature a built-in oil trap where oil can be separated and drained off.

Silencers are available with 1 or 2in connection and provide noise suppression of about 40dB(A)
