All-metal body for interlock switch

Scientific Technologies Inc (STI) has introduced a new safety interlock switch that is designed to provide reliable and resilient safety interlocking in a wide range of industrial applications, including washdown environments.

The all-metal body T4016 switch is available in four pole formats, allowing dual channel safety switching and status monitoring. The IP67-rated metal housing and stainless steel actuator make it suitable for applications that need water resistance, such as food processing.

The unit has a lifespan of a minimum of two million operations. Its narrow profile allows it to be mounted directly in 2in square conduit and in confined spaces.
