A new tool position system from Stanley Assembly Technologies is designed to provide error proofing for assembly of threaded fasteners. It uses position monitoring technology to monitor and assembly tool location and set specific control parameters for each fastener.

The TPS is available for articulating arms from 10 to 4000Nm.
