Thermally printed tag
October 1st 2006

V-Tag is the latest addition to the Hellermann Tyton range of bespoke, thermally printed plastic tags offered by ritchey-id.

The new tag can be used vertically or horizontally to identify items, such as hoses, cable bundles, screwdrivers, spanners and other small items that require 'in-line' identification.

Part of the new Thermal Identification Printing System, the tags are said to resist high temperatures, and chemicals. Available in two lengths, they are attached using standard cable ties. They can be overprinted with barcodes in code 39 and 128 format, as well as two dimensional codes. The addition of logos and safety critical symbols enables assets to be effectively identified.
