August 1st 2005 Reports that ‘Genuine Saffire’ branded gas welding products are now only available direct from Murex or from an authorised Murex distributor.
Many users purchase gas regulators and other gas equipment at the same time as collecting gases, and from the same supplier. However, not all gas suppliers are authorised to supply ‘Genuine Saffire’ products.
For convenience, Murex ensures that a dealer is located close to industrial gas suppliers. The company says that, in addition to the convenience factor, prices are now as competitive as for alternative brands of regulators, flashback arrestors, blowpipes and other gas consumables.
