Workwear specialists Kansas and Fristads have launched a new range of high visibility garments EN471 Flex which meet the growing demand for a wider range of safety colours.

"Fluorescent workwear has traditionally been compulsory for building contractors, but we are now seeing tradesmen such as carpenters, plumbers and electricians being required to wear safety clothing when entering construction sites", explains Jimmy Larsen, key account manager at Kansas.

Fluorescent safety clothing is normally yellow or orange, but companies who do not want to be confused with contractors or other companies on site are looking for something different. As well as providing a greater range of colours EN471 Flex, is available in women's sizes, and seeing tradesmen such as carpenters, plumbers and electricians being required to wear safety clothing when entering construction sites", explains Jimmy Larsen, key account manager at Kansas.
