New range of Coveralls
February 1st 2007

3M Occupational Health

and Environmental Safety

has introduced a new range

of protective coveralls.

The range, which has a

distinctive triangle on the

back, has been designed to

ensure that the wearer will

stay protected, while the

soft, breathable fabrics

ensure comfort.

The coveralls feature:

elasticated hood, waist and

ankles; two-way zip with resealable

flap for extra

convenience and protection

from contamination; knitted

cuffs for increased wearer

comfort; and reinforced

gusset.

There are three products

in the range:

• 3M 4530 (blue) offers

protection against hazardous

dusts and liquid splashes.

• 3M 4540 (white) offers

increased robustness and is

lint-free. It offers full

protection against hazardous

dusts (including nuclear

particles) and liquid

chemical splashes.

• 3M 4560 (white) is

robust, lint-free and has

taped seams across the suit

for Type 4 protection. It is

suitable for biological

protection and has a resealable

chin cover to help

ensure a good seal when

used with respirators.3M Occupational Health
