Already worn by many athletes, Coolmax garments have a special moisture management system that keeps wearers comfortable.

Now, the benefits are being made available for workwear.

Coolmax is an intelligent fabric from Advansa. It is made out of Dacron polyester fibre with a multilobal cross-section that evaporates body moisture quickly by capillary action and regulates body temperature.

The company says tests have shown that the fabric absorbs moisture ten times less than cotton, and dries three times quicker. The high breathability and moisture management enables the wearer to stay cool and comfortable.

In addition, the fineness of the fabric is soft and smooth to the touch.

Other features offered include Coolmax with SRT (soil release technology), Coolmax fresh FXTM odour neutral and Coolmax UPF with UV protection.
