Inventor-e has introduced a new system to manage medium to high volume use of PPE at the point of use.

SafeSource is an advanced, multiple-item dispensing system that monitors PPE stock levels using weight sensor technology. It is said to ensure that PPE is always available at point-of-use, while enforcing user-defined access control.

Employees and system users are provided with a swipe card to gain access to the needed supplies and SafeSource tracks the type and quantity of each PPE item used by the employee, together with the time it was issued. It provides immediate and continual supply availability for employees while adding a high degree of accountability.

PPE Manager is a report module that provides specific data to streamline the re-order process, cut manual inventory tasks and maintain accurate PPE inventory levels.

Information captured at SafeSource and viewed on reports in the PPE Manager is accessible to users and suppliers, allowing immediate access for replenishment.
