Less slip, more grip and 20 per cent lighter
October 1st 2008

Sperian Protection has added 11 new safety footwear products to its Bac'Run range which are 20 per cent lighter than previous models thanks to a new polyurethane formula and injection process. The firm says this helps prevent user fatigue.

Moreover, the slip resistance properties of the Bac'Run Free outsole are compliant with the requirements of the new standard EN ISO 20345: 2007 SRC.

In terms of user comfort, Sperian says it has studied the characteristics of the leathers (water-repellent or suede) according to the specific requirements of each of the different European markets.

The inner linings are made from Poromax. With quick dry technology, Sperian says they guarantee better foot hygiene for the user as well as an extended life cycle.
