Sperian Solar Pro is a new safety
eyewear product for workers
requiring protection from the sun.
Exposure to even small amounts of
UV radiation over a period of many
years may cause cumulative damage,
contributing to chronic eye disease as
well as the risk of developing skin
cancer around the eyelids.
Sperian Solar Pro safety eyewear
addresses these issues in a number of
ways. The sporty, wraparound design
enables optimal peripheral vision and
comes with a range of lens tint
options for enhanced comfort and
safety in environments where protection
from the sun is crucial. This
makes Sperian Solar Pro suitable for
applications such as construction,
cabling, and oil and gas industries.
The seven lens tints available
include two new options. The polarised
grey tint reduces glare and allows
users to see small details without eye
fatigue. With the photochromic tint
the lenses adjust automatically to
changes in brightness so users can
keep the same eyewear on for both
