Enhancements to safety overshoe
October 1st 2006

Safetytoes.com has listened to customer feedback and made design changes to its safety overshoe.

The material used for the new Slipp-R is said to provide increased slip resistance. The company took its lead from overshoes worn by curlers who require maximum slip resistance while on ice.

Injection moulded to provide thickness where needed, seamless and 100% waterproof, the new overshoe is resistant to changes in extreme temperature, so will not harden, stiff or crack. It is said to have exceptional acid, oil and animal fat resistance.

An enveloped 200 Joules steel toe cap, rated to 100 Joules by SATRA, gives a sleeker look to the Slipp-R.

The Italian design includes an all-new shape, stretchable with rear pull-on tab for easy fitting. The all-flat shape accommodates heel and flat shoes.

Safety Toes Europe is currently seeking European distributors for its Slipp-R overshoe.
