HELPS STOP SLIPS ON ICY SURFACES
October 1st 2005

Designed to help prevent slips on icy or snowy surfaces, Spikys are rubber straps that can be worn over any shoe or boot.

Available from foothealthcare.com, they are made from 76% natural rubber and 24% high grade synthetic rubber that enables them to stretch to six and a half times their original length and allows them to accommodate a limitless variety of footwear.

There are a number of small perforations in the rubber. These help to increase elasticity, boosting comfort and allowing the Spikys to be worn all day without pinching the foot.

There are no buckles or straps. Instead, an easy-touse heel tab allows the Spikys to be put on or removed quickly.

They can be worn while driving and can be folded into a Zip-Loc bag.

Two versions are available; Spiky covers the sole of the shoe; Spiky Plus covers the sole and also the heel.
