Inserted for comfort
October 1st 2006

Available from foothealthcare.com, 'orthotic' shoe insert/insoles provide a cushion interface between the foot and the floor. This helps to reduce exertion on the foot and biomechanical pressures across the body.

Inserts are available in 3/4 length to accommodate tight fitting work boots. The company says that they offer a preventative approach to reducing potential fatigue, poor posture, inadequate cushioning, back and foot pain.

No fitting is necessary as the inserts match specific shoe sizes. They are designed to last for one year and are usually machine washable.

The company's website - www.foothealthcare.com has a host of information to help with foot care.
