Low weight safety boot
June 1st 2008

Century Safety, the professional footwear division of Hunter Boot, has introduced a toecap-only version of the century 4000 Series safety boot.

The company says the launch follows demand from industrial users for a lighter, comfortable rubber boot that has a steel toecap rather than toecap and midsole protection.

Colour-coding of the boots' toecap cover provides size identification, a feature specified by many nuclear and chemical users to reduce handling of boots used in contaminated areas.
