New boot range goes on show
April 1st 2006 Goliath Footwear is a supplier of safety and occupational footwear and will be exhibiting at this year's Safety & Health Expo.
The company has added a new range of footwear, available in pull-on or zip up versions, which incorporates a dual density rubber (DDR) sole that is lightweight yet durable.
Aimed at firefighters, the boots have nitrile rubber sole that gives a firm grip and provides cushioned comfort. The DDR technology is said to give a high degree of durability.
A full length Gore-tex bootie lining is waterproof, windproof and breathable to keep the wearer comfortable.
An outer layer keeps liquid moisture from penetrating, while its microporous structure aids the body's natural cooling process by allowing perspiration vapour to escape.
