Non-metallic footwear
June 1st 2007

Aimont's Jupiter range of non-metallic safety footwear is proving a hit in the construction sector, with companies benefiting from the stylish, lightweight and non-metallic range of boots and shoes.

Made of leather, the waterresistant range features slip resistance, 200 Joule Light- Plus toe cap, pierce-resistant midsole, energy absorption unit in the heel and resistance to abrasion.

The footwear's Flex System pierce-resistant midsole is said to be 38% lighter than steel, more flexible and anti-magnetic.

The dual density polyurethane sole offers a high resistance to hydrocarbons, oils and solvents, and is heat resistant to 200°C.
