ATEX TORCHES TO SHINE AT SHOW
April 1st 2005

Wolf Safety will launch two new products at Safety & Health Expo 2005.

The Wolf Zone 0 headtorch HT-200 has a light source of seven high intensity white LEDs, giving 50h duration at full brightness from one set of three AA alkaline primary cells.

Of robust construction and weighing just over 200g, it is ATEX and IECEx certified and suitable for hands-free lighting in hazardous areas.

The ATEX-approved Wolf rechargeable torch is compact, lightweight and uses modern battery technology, matched with a high efficiency 4W halogen bulb. Two levels of light output give up to 7h duration.

The state of the battery charge is indicated with a bar of high intensity red LEDs that go out one-byone as the battery charge diminishes. Towards the end of discharge, the beam flashes repeatedly, warning that recharging is required.
