Easy-to-operate
October 1st 2005

Compact and low weight, the new Draeger X-am 3000 is a three or four gas warning device.

Providing reliable monitoring of H2S, CO, O2 and combustible gases and vapours in ambient air, it is suitable for use in any application requiring portable gas detection, including confined spaces.

Featuring state-of-theart electronics as well as Draeger sensors for a fast, accurate response to changing gas concentrations, the device is easy to use. Precalibrated electrochemical sensors and catalytic sensor are automatically recognised and provide precise, reliable measuring results.

Protected against dust and water, the unit is said to offer reliable operation in all environments. A scratch-resistant display ensures gas concentrations can be read easily.

In addition to audible and visual alarms, a vibrating alarm is included in the instrument. The TWA and STEL are automatically evaluated and different audible alarm levels indicate pre- and main alarm conditions.
