Mid-range tank shower
December 1st 2004

The addition of a 750L model to the Hughes range of emergency tank showers provides a convenient midrange option.

Introduced as a result of customer feedback, it is suitable for outdoor and indoor installation.

An integral immersion heater can be fitted for outdoor use in cold climates while, for hot climates, sun shields can be fitted around the tank and lid to reduce the heating effect of the sun.

For indoor use, the tank can be insulated to maintain a steady temperature. Maintaining a minimum start-up temperature of 19°C eliminates the risk of waterborne bacteria, such as legionella and ensures comfort for the casualty.

The tank shower can deliver 75 litres of water per minute. With a guaranteed water supply, it will deliver tepid water for 15min as required by the ANSI Standard for emergency showers and eyebaths.
