SENDS A MESSAGE ABOUT USE OF PPE
December 1st 2004

According to Stocksigns, one of the biggest considerations that companies overlook when introducing PPE is the signage to accompany it.

The chances of employees using the equipment are greatly increased if signs are displayed close to where equipment will be used.

Stocksigns believes that of the eight parts to the PPE at Work Regulations, Regulation 6, Information, training and instruction is one of the most important. It says that it is through visible and informative signage that a clear message can be conveyed as to how and when PPE should be used.

The company has a comprehensive 144 page catalogue and believes it can supply all of a company’s signage needs.
