The latest PPE & respiratory protection
September 1st 2011

Visitors to the Scott stand at Health & Safety Scotland will be able to view the latest in bump protection from Scott's First Base 3, the third generation of its market-leading Protector First Base bump cap. The First Base 3 has been developed for those working in a variety of head bump-risk occupations such as manufacturing and maintenance in the aerospace and automotive sectors, as well as tradesmen, transportation and logistics workers working in environments without the risk of falling objects.

Scott will also be displaying Protégé – an advanced, handheld, durable multi-gas monitor for detecting oxygen, combustibles, hydrogen sulphide and/or carbon monoxide in industrial, petrochemical, oil and gas and emergency situations – and the Phantom Vision mask mounted powered respirator, which will provide greater comfort and ease of operation for users in any application requiring powered or non-powered full facemask protection.
