Gloves and sleeves for hazardous areas
April 1st 2007

Tilsatec will be returning to the Safety & Health Expo in May with a specialised range of high performance gloves, sleeves and clothing engineered for personal protection in hazardous and demanding working environments.

The Rhino range of hand and arm protection continues to expand, with the company showing nine new products. These will include a family of lightweight, coated and uncoated gloves, a highly abrasion-resistant leather reinforced glove and an ultra-lightweight loose knitted sleeve, all of which achieve Level 5 cut resistance.

Also new to the range are the White and Blue Rhino, made for use as knife-hand gloves in meat processing industries. Both are said to offer durable, antimicrobial performance that remains effective even after repeated laundering.

The show will also be the launchpad for a range of inherently fire-resistant workwear, with new garment styles providing high cut resistance and molten metal splash protection.
