February 1st 2010

HealthVib HAV, available from Campbell Associates is a vibration transducer which is built into a safety glove for hand arm vibration assessments. It allows measurement of hand & arm vibration in full compliance with the requirements of ISO 5349.

The user simply puts his/ her hands in the gloves and presses the wireless button to connect to a wireless logging device. They then press start and X,Y and Z direction data is recorded from both hands and collected on a logging device.

The batteries and memory have the capacity to run for more than one shift. The logger is connected to your PC giving full data sets for post processing and reporting and assessing exposure.
