Guide to gloves
April 1st 2007

Hand protection within the print industry is set to come under the spotlight with the launch of a three-month campaign by Marigold Industrial.

The campaign started in April and aims to raise awareness of the danger of dermatitis and other hand injuries in the print sector.

A leaflet lists all the company's key print industry gloves – from chemical to cut protection – and includes a range of hand protection 'do's and don'ts'.

It also provides information on which gloves from the product portfolio are best suited to specific jobs.

Donald Gillespie, international marketing manager, says: "The guide provides a range of advice and information to help those people within the print industry quickly identify the gloves particularly suited for the industry, and the specific tasks undertaken."
