New from ESAB is the ADC Plus New- Tech range of welding helmets which can have an extra large (XL) viewing area with Angular Dependence Compensation (ADC) Plus Colour Definition. This makes working conditions safer for the welder, since if they have an improved vision of the colours on an LED screen, for example, they are more likely to make the appropriate decision, claims the company.

ADC ensures that the shade covers the full width and height of the screen and offers the additional benefit of improved colour definition and contrast.

With the ESAB New- Tech ADC Plus range the welder can have a viewing area of 96 x 68.5mm, meeting the standards required by 1/1/1/1 EN379. As well as giving a better view the ADC Plus cartridge reduces bright visible light.
