Shields against heat, impact and splash
December 1st 2006

Available from Scott Health & Safety, the Protector Interchange 900 face protection range offers specially shaped face shield mounts for use on either new head-mounted brow guard or helmet-mounted carriers.

The face shields are said to provide the user with a high degree of protection and comfort from a range of impact, splash and high heat hazards by using a wide selection of materials to suit almost every industrial application.

They allow full movement of the wearer's head to ensure maximum vision and comfort. The design of the face shield chin guard is said to be such that it offers the wearer a high degree of splash protection, whatever the angle of the hazard.

All polycarbonate and acetate face shield options are available in anti-fog.

The carrier range uses an easy-to-connect three point attachment system, allowing one range of IV900 face shields to fit all Interchange 900 carriers.
